NBA and West Virginia Disciples Partner
for Gift of Years Pilot Project
St. Louis, MO: March 8, 2013 – The National Benevolent
Association (NBA) of the Christian Church (Disciples of
Christ) and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in
West Virginia announce the launch of a pilot initiative,
the "Gift of Years Project," a ministry centered on, for,

WV Council of Churches Annual Assembly

Register now to be with friends from around WV who care
deeply about the unity of Christ's Church and its many forms
of  ministry.  The annual gathering,
Oct. 19-20 at Charleston's
St. John XXIII Pastoral Center, features Opening Worship
Service on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and Morning Worship on
Monday at 8:20 a.m.  Rev. Sekinah Hamlin, Director of the
Washington, DC-based Ecumenical Poverty Initiative will
preach at each service.  

A number of plenary and small group learning opportunities
are available on Monday.  The Public Policy Forum follows the
event on Oct. 21from 2-5 p.m.  You are urged to register now
